MISSOURI LOTTERY KING OF THE ROOTS COMING THIS SUMMER!
Show-Me-State musicians come out and show us what you’ve got! We’re looking to recognize, celebrate, and support, local musicians. The battle of the bands will be coming to St. Louis, Kansas City, Springfield, and Columbia. The best band from each region will then advance to the FINAL SHOWDOWN, where the winning band will be crowned the 2012 King of The Roots. The winner will get to play on the main stage at The BCNB Roots N Blues N BBQ Festival on September 21 and 22, 2012.The dates for each regional event are listed below, and we look forward to seeing you there!

The final showdown for the regional bands is at The Blue Note in Columbia, Missouri, August 18th. Come on out and listen to the competition to see who will win the battle between The Thin Dimes, The Mojo Roots, Brick Fields, and The Old No. 5′s for the spot on the stage at the 2012 Roots N Blues N BBQ Festival.
